Exoterra proudly stands behind each and every item in its product line. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from Exoterra, just return it to us within 14 days from purchase. We will exchange the item or give you a full refund of the product purchase price (along with sales tax where applicable) – Our goal is to have a no questions asked return policy. Yes its really that simple, if you dont like the product return it for a full refund no questions asked.
Multiple same item refunds will be awarded toward all units returned in original condition (seal intact) and a single sampled unit with broken seal.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or an item is damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back that item and immediately ship you a new item. Any difference in purchase price will be credited to your account. Damaged items and incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
To return an item to Exoterra please contact our customer service team by dialing 1-307-429-3323. If after office hours please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will respond within 24 hours or sooner.
Please have available your order number. Our customer service representative will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
For your protection, please send all returns via Federal Express or UPS, and please insure your shipment for the full cost of the returned item(s).
Exoterra is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned items.
