Exoterra proudly stands behind each and every item in its product line. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from Exoterra, just return it to us within 14 days from purchase. We will exchange the item or give you a full refund of the product purchase price (along with sales tax where applicable) – Our goal is to have a no questions asked return policy. 

Multiple same item refunds will be awarded toward all units returned in original condition (seal intact) and a single sampled unit with broken seal.

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or an item is damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back that item and immediately ship you a new item. Any difference in purchase price will be credited to your account. Damaged items and incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
